Welcome to Guoliang's Lab Website of Bioinformatics at College of Informatics, Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU).
Our main research interests are in the field of three-dimensional (3D) Genomics. We are using bioinformatics tools as well as statistical methods to analyze 3D genome structures and their functions from Chromatin Interaction Analysis with Paired-End Tag (ChIA-PET) sequence data and Hi-C data, and the association with next-generation sequencing data, such as Histone or Transcription factor ChIP-Seq data, RNA-Seq (including lncRNA), DNA methylation and so on.
